The bed was absolutely amazing - I had the most mind-blowing sleep ever! The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and truly focused on making the guests happy. The room had everything I needed and was impeccably clean. The spa facilities were excellent and added a super advantage to my stay. The lobby and cafe area were so cosy and inviting. The hotel's position by the lake gave it a jaw-dropping charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. All in all, the spa was just wonderful.

The hotel is situated in one of the most upscale neighborhoods, with a picturesque view of a small lake. the staff was friendly and helpful in recommending great restaurants and offering impeccable service to those with dietary requirements. the rooms have a classical design, but the beds were the highlight of the stay, perhaps one of the comfiest in the area. the breakfast service was spot-on, offering a wide variety of options.

For its price, some aspects were underwhelming, such as the outdated decor, the small TV with a few channels and the small Superior room with a small bathroom without shower curtains. the hygiene of the room left something to be desired, with a bad smell that couldn't be resolved during the stay.

The hotel has a wonderful location, with stunning views in every direction. There are lovely cafes in the area that we visited daily for coffee and pastries, which are well worth a trip and very reasonably priced. the hotel is central to local activities, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the excellent spa facilities which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.

There were some issues with the restaurant service which we found to be very poor. this was the only negative point in an overall fantastic stay.
